Here is what came in the box. We have a PureLeaf Green Tea with Citrus on the left and Pureleaf Black Tea with Vanilla. Here in Texas its almost a must that you drink some kind of tea over here. I love drinking Sweet Tea and sometimes i like to add lemons to it. The pureleaf teas come with the instructions on the back with how to make it and for how long to steep it.
I went ahead and made the Black Tea with Vanilla. When i first opened the container you get a strong smell of the vanilla. When making the tea the ingredents kind of expand so you can get more tea. I recommend that you don't add sugar if you do so. I tend to add sugar to mine green tea but with these 2 it doesn't really sit well with it. I would try it by itself or add some honey. The taste of this one was really delicious and even though the smell of vanilla was strong it really wasn't too much in the drink. You get a hint of it which is good because you don't want the vanilla to over power it.
Here is what the black tea with vanilla looks like. They are pyramid bags and like i said it doesn't look like much in the bag but when making it they expand to fill the bag.
Here we have the green tea with citrus. I don't have a photo of it but i had tried to make a pitcher of the tea. I used 3 bags and it really didn't come out right. I believe i put too much water then i did tea. I will have to make this again when i have time and add some honey to it and see what it taste like.
Thank you for visiting my blog! I do hope you enjoyed what you read and maybe give these teas a try. I received these products courtesy of Pure Leaf & Influenster for sampling purposes
